Welcome to Ultimate Education. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ultimate Education Learning Management System (the "Platform") operated by Ultimate Education ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Ultimate Education provides an online Learning Management System that facilitates educational management, including but not limited to:

  • Class scheduling and management
  • Student enrollment tracking
  • Teacher availability management
  • Class rescheduling services
  • Progress tracking and reporting
  • Communication between students, teachers, and administrators
  • Email notifications and class reminders

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

To access our Platform, you must register for an account. You may be registered as a Student, Teacher, or Administrator based on your role as assigned by Ultimate Education.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

2.3 Account Security

We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

When using our Platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Submit false or misleading information

4. Class Scheduling and Rescheduling

4.1 Scheduling

Classes are scheduled based on your enrollment and the availability of teachers. Regular class schedules will be established at the time of enrollment.

4.2 Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is subject to the following conditions:

  • Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled class
  • The number of reschedules is limited per enrollment/quota period
  • Reschedule requests may be cancelled up to 6 hours before the original class time
  • Approval of rescheduling is subject to teacher availability

4.3 Cancellations

Classes cancelled without proper rescheduling may be considered as attended and will count toward your total enrolled sessions. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Ultimate Education or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimate Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or data
  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Technical issues or system failures
  • Errors or omissions in content
  • Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Ultimate Education in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
